1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Softymize (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.
2. WhatsApp Business API Policies
Your use of Softymize is strictly subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policy. You agree not to send unsolicited marketing campaigns (spam), scam messages, or sell prohibited goods. Any violation of Meta's terms will result in immediate termination of your Softymize account.
3. Billing & Subscriptions
Softymize charges recurring subscription fees on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Per-conversation fees charged by Meta are billed at cost and consolidated in your monthly statement. Failed invoice payments may result in suspension of your API sync hooks.
4. API Rate Limits & SLA
We provide standard API rate limits depending on your tier. Pro and Growth plans operate on shared cloud routers, while Enterprise accounts run on high-throughput, dedicated Meta instances with a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5. Limitation of Liability
Softymize is not responsible for any numbers blocked or suspended by Meta due to policy violations, high user spam reports, or high negative feedback ratings on message templates.
