1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes information you provide directly (such as name, business email, and phone number when setting up your WhatsApp Business API number) and information collected automatically (such as log data, IP addresses, browser types, and sync activity logs from Shopify).
2. WhatsApp Business API Data Processing
As a provider of WhatsApp automation services, Softymize processes messaging content on your behalf. All message logs transmitted via the Meta WhatsApp Business API are processed securely. We do not sell or share customer message contents or contact details with third-party advertising companies.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to configure sync webhooks, authenticate CRM team agents, send automated alerts, track open/reply metrics, and detect potential violations of Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain customer conversation transcripts and sync logs only as long as necessary to provide service dashboard metrics. You can request immediate deletion of your historical database syncs or disconnect your Shopify database at any time from your settings console.
